Everything you need to know about the apostille process and our services.
An apostille is a certificate issued by a designated authority (usually the Secretary of State) that authenticates a U.S. document for use in countries that are members of the Hague Apostille Convention. It verifies that the document and its signatures are genuine, so foreign governments will accept it as valid.
We can apostille virtually any U.S. document, including birth certificates, marriage licenses, death certificates, diplomas and transcripts, court orders, power of attorney, police records, adoption papers, corporate documents, and more. If you're unsure whether your document qualifies, upload it and we'll let you know.
Processing times vary by state and service level. Our Standard service typically takes 5-7 business days. Our Express service offers same-day submission with 2-3 business day processing. Actual turnaround depends on the issuing state's Secretary of State office. We'll provide an estimated timeline with your quote.
Our Standard service is $199 per document, Express is $299, and our International Bundle (which includes worldwide shipping) is $349. All state filing fees are included. There are no hidden charges — the price you see is the price you pay. For multiple documents, contact us for a custom quote.
For the initial quote, you only need to upload a copy (you can even redact sensitive information). Once you approve the quote, you'll need to send us the original document or a certified copy for the actual apostille processing. We'll provide detailed mailing instructions.

Over 120 countries are members of the Hague Apostille Convention and accept apostilled documents. This includes most countries in Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Oceania. If your destination country is not a member, you may need embassy legalization instead — contact us and we can advise on the right process.
